Alabama defeated Mississippi 31-12 in the all-star game at Montgomery's Cramton Bowl.
Full stats HERE.
The Troy commitments didn't get a whole lot of action. Cody Core caught 1 pass for 31 yards, which I believe was on a third and long. Core also threw one pass back to quarterback Jameis Winston for a loss of nine yards on a reverse pass.
Brandon Burks of Daleville didn't record any stats. I did see him go back to field a punt, but didn't get any carries or balls thrown his way.
In Florida High School action, two Troy commits are playing for a Class 7A (Fla. goes up to 8A) state title next weekend. Cornerback Shaq Beverly and wide receiver Brandon Brooks of First Coast High School will play Manatee Friday at 7 p.m. EST at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando for the state title.
Brooks has 40 catches for 927 yards (TDs not listed), but MaxPreps might not be fully updated for First Coast. I didn't see any defensive stats on there.
