And it's today, not tonight, as most Troy home games are. Troy hosts Western Kentucky at 1 p.m.
It's a winnable game, even with Troy losing four straight and WKU winning 4 of 6. Troy beat WKU at WKU, but WKU has some good young talent - not the level of North Texas, but good enough.
HERE is my game story.
It mentions how, sort of like I said at the end of the Troy-ULL game, that no one has stepped up consistently alongside Mo Weathers, Justin Wright and Emil Jones. Jones and Wright have been the two most consistent guys as of late, and Weathers is getting closer to where he was before he hurt his ankle. Other guys have had their moments, but not consistently enough.
If Troy's main 3 play well, and that doesn't mean all 3 have to score 20 points, and another guy can pitch in 14-16 points because he'll be given some good shots, then Troy has a chance to win.
Follow me on twitter @dothaneagletroy for game updates. Then I've got to book it to get to Geneva for some girls area tournament action. I can't promise the tweets will be as frequent from that game.
