A new casual restaurant, Savor Brooklyn, opened in Windsor Terrace on October 26th. Owner Helen Traversi, who grew up in Madrid and Rome, previously worked as a personal chef, caterer, and cooking teacher for adults and children, operating with the business name Savor Brooklyn. She focused mostly on Italian, Spanish, and French food and some American and English food.
