The Kensington Library opened in its new location yesterday on 18th Avenue, between E. 2nd and E. 3rd streets. The library is now two streets to the west and two avenues to the south of its former Ditmas Avenue location.
The Ditmas Avenue building closed three weeks ago, and the 18th Avenue building was scheduled to open two weeks ago, on Thursday, November 1st. Because of Hurricane Sandy,
