UPDATE, 5:05 p.m. WEDNESDAY ― WYYW is back on the air.
The second of Evansville Low Power Partnership's two TV stations is expected to return to the air sometime today after a month-long absence, meaning over-the-air viewers will need to do a rescan in order to pick up the station.

WYYW-CD (which will be on channel 15.1) swapped call signs with sister WTSN-CD (ch. 20.1) last month, and when it goes back on, it will have been upgraded to the same 15kW effective radiated power and roughly the same coverage area as its sister station.
There may be other changes coming to both WYYW and WTSN going forward as well. There have been hints on the stations' Facebook page of additional programming options being explored, among other things, but I've received no confirmation of anything definite at this point.
Stay tuned ...
