Here we go again: There's another new carriage dispute to tell you about, this time between Dish Network and BTN (Big Ten Network).
BTN's current retransmission consent agreement with Dish expires Friday, and from all appearances, the two sides are nowhere near a new one, despite several offers from BTN for a deal that it calls "consistent with the current market value" of the network.
The timing of the dispute couldn't be much worse: Friday is the day before the start of college football season.
