Tuesday, August 28th, about 6:35 p.m.
A man armed with a gun robbed a 42-year-old man in an office building on Ocean Parkway near Cortelyou Road, stealing his cash, cellphone, and credit cards.
The thief is about 6'2" tall and was wearing a long-sleeved blue button-down shirt and dark jeans.
