The Hess station at 4th Avenue and Union Street received 81,000 gallons of gas about an hour ago. The waiting line starts at 3rd Avenue and 10th Street, according to the NYPD
officers on the scene who are directing traffic.
This delivery is not yet listed on the Hess chart at http://hessexpress.com/FuelInformation.
