In case you’ve not been following The New York Times’ close-up look at the NYPD’s stop and frisk policies, on Thursday it focused on the NYPD precincts where the cops use force. Where it is used the most are not the precincts in which it has cause to arrest the (mainly) Black and Latino kids stopped. For example, the Times said in "Pockets of City See Higher Use of Force during Police Stops"
