Troy scored 2 in the ninth for a 7-6 win over South Alabama. Boone Shear's single scored Tyler Vaughn, who had doubled, for the win. Here's some video of Vaughn, and game story will be posted soon.
Troy is now 13-15 in the Sun Belt and would be fifth if the tournament started today. It doesn't, as teams have two more games left, and one win clinches a spot.
