Farewell to air in March, according to TV Line

J.R. Ewing will get a proper funeral during the second season of TNT's popular series, Dallas.
Larry Hagman, who originated the character during the show's 13-year run on CBS and revived the role last year, died Nov. 23 at 81 after battling cancer, and TNT spokeswoman Erin Felentzer told the Associated Press that the character will die with the legendary actor.
Felentzer said that the network won't say how the patriarch of the Ewing clan will die. The episode which will include the funeral hasn't yet been filmed, but TV Line reports it will air on March 11.
The second season of Dallas premieres Jan. 28 at 8 p.m. CT (9 p.m. ET).
