I love the work of all the French artists on Two Peas. I've noticed that a lot of them use paint in their layouts so this is my attempt to use paint on a card. I cut out the Stampin Up New Little Someone image (thanks Renee)and used Sticky Doos to pop it up. The paper is Paper Pizazz. I've had it a while and just today decided it would work for a baby card.
