**More of a reminder that Sun Belt Media Days/football season is getting closer is that I got my all-conference preseason ballot to fill out today. I can't disclose who's on it, but this may be a year where few, if any, Trojans make the preseason list. Only the coaches vote on the preseason order of finish and I'd think Troy will be picked around 5th. It's never the end-all, be-all. Remember in 2006, the first of Troy's five outright or shared Sun Belt championships, Troy had just two preseason all-conference members in Greg Whibbs and Leodis McKelvin (as a kick returner). As you've noticed over the years Troy came off conference championships, usually the best teams from the year before have the most preseason all-conference honorees. This will be announced sometime next Monday morning and I'll post the entire all-conference list (just a first team) and predicted order of finish (which we all know will end up being wrong) as soon as I get it.
