***As expected, Troy's season opener at UAB will kick off at 11 a.m. in Legion Field. It will be televised by Fox College Sports, if you have that channel. It's the first of 3 games at Legion Field that weekend, with Alabama A&M and Tuskegee kicking off Saturday night at 7 p.m.

Something tells me that Saturday night game will get more fans, and I'm sure new UAB head coach Garrick McGee is thrilled with his first game, a home one at that, kicking off at 11 a.m. I can't imagine the crowd size being nearly what he hoped it would have been. But, it gets everyone back to Troy or Dothan in good time.
***If you want to follow along with the Sun Belt Media Day online, you can read this blog or twitter, but the ESPN3 coverage will start at 2 p.m. CST. The coverage will start earlier as the all-conference list comes out at 10 a.m. and we'll talk to some coaches shortly after.
