A man knocked on the door today of a KARMABrooklyn Blog reader. She lives on Ocean Parkway near Prospect Park. His intent, he claimed, was to make sure people got their energy rebates from Con Edison and National Grid. He wanted to see bills she had received from the two providers. Luckily, she was suspicious and didn't open her door, show him the bills, or give him any information.
