I believe those seedings are correct. The 6-7-8 tiebreaker is a weird one, and I think it looks like how I have it because all 3 teams are tied against each other (3-3). UALR and Troy own a 2-1 record over FAU, while ULM is 1-2. UALR took the series over Troy, getting the 6 spot. Troy took series over ULM, getting 7 spot. FIU has a tiebreaker over Troy, so it looks like the best Troy could finish is fourth, unless there's some weird 3 or 4-way ties.
Troy is at Alabama on Tuesday, but here is this week's Sun Belt schedule.
