Last night at about 10 o'clock, a man in his 40s driving his SUV southbound on Ocean Parkway struck a 22-year-0ld man as he was crossing the intersection of Ocean Parkway and Beverley Road in Kensington, Brooklyn.
The driver didn't flee the scene. No criminality is suspected (not speeding, not going through a red light, not Driving While Intoxicated, not breaking any other traffic laws), so he
